SCUF ENVISION V1 (2023) Wired PC Gaming Controller - Five Remappable G-Keys - Remappable Back Paddles - iCUE Compatible - Black

I have had a scuf since the release of call of duty ghost and I have to say this is one of my favorite releases so far. I see a lot of people saying the software is bad,but I only found an issue if you don’t have the icue app open you run into some controller problems. I have a few Corsair parts in my pc and my keyboard happens to be Corsair so the app is already running in the background. So overall solid build and the mouse clicks for some of the paddles happens to be a great touch. For a non custom out of the box controller great experience so far.

Controller 100% good

I had posted a glowing review of this controller when I bought it but within less than 6 months the D pad stopped functioning and a quick search revealed that it's a common problem with these controllers making any game you play that uses D pad functions unplayable. Which is most games. The controller is still in near perfect condition with no broken or loose pieces no scuffs or scratches or any wear only the D pad factory defect that appears to be fairly common in this type and brand controller. I've probably sold 5 other people on this model in the <6 months I lightly used it but now I will have to fully recommend a cheaper brand with paddles because the build quality on these from the factory is atrocious. You can buy literally 3 cheap controllers that will surely out last this one going bad in under 6 months. Loved the controller feel but there is no excuse for the factory D pad defect that plagues these controllers.

Great controller love it!!

Well, I have done my best to use the controller. I personally am a fan of Corsair products, and after I purged my system of third-party RGB accessories my iCue software does not crash or have issues. SCUF being owned by Corsair requires iCue 5 to use the special features of this controller. I thought I wanted those features more than anything else about the controller, but I really miss the feel of an Xbox controller. I really could live without macros on my controllers that can be setup in software. I'll say that I think the ENVISION is constructed well. Everything is perfect as far as appearance, but it doesn't feel right. It's an awkward cross between a PS4 controller and an Xbox series X controller, and it doesn't fit well in between. I find myself accidentally pressing the extra buttons on the sides on the controller often.I just wish I hadn't went for the flashy PC features of macros and software and just got an INSTINCT PRO because I would have preferred the feel to the macros. Five macros don't make that much of a difference.

Quick response time but some times has connection problems but once it connects it’s fine it’s mostly just the Corsair app

No complaints so far. No stick drift. Icue hasn't been a pain in the butt how most people say it is. I was able to hardware map and never open icue again for it to stay to the rear buttons. The r1 l1 and clicky but not mouse clicks , the front facing buttons are mouse click. The rt and lt and full range and tbh if you play shooters and im with those they are not good so go with the pro, i got this one because i play flipped and aim with the r1 l1.

If you’re into competitive gaming, this is the controller you need. The fast triggers, customizable paddles, and smooth joysticks make a huge difference in reaction time. I’ve noticed a big improvement in my gameplay since switching to this.

one of the best controllers I have ever had for the PC

Underrated controller had a issue in the firing range on cod were it would randomly shoot when im not pressing but it was user error as I didn’t calibrate the controller and update the firmware in the scuf software (ICUE) after the firmware update and calibration I have had no issues and I can play skip and pause music with the programable buttons honestly apart from the icue software bugging out and freezing sometimes when charging settings I’d say it’s a very solid controller for pc for the price although I am getting the pro version soon and I’d say that’s abit better but since I’ve used this one I’d say both are honestly amazing I have no complaints Also p.s. a KontrolFreek thumb stick grip for the right stick improves the experience overall for fps games but most controllers are better with that regardless so not really relevant just thought I’d mention it
