The bed has stabilityThe storage is smaller than I thought the wheels are stable on the draws my daughter favorite part is the LED lightsI just don’t like that it is so low to the floor it’s not enough space from the floor to the bottom bed

Missing a lot of parts
I received the item in a timely manner and so far it looks and feels very sturdy and it’s beautiful, however, I was missing a lot of the parts needing to assemble. I received only 48 out of the 71 total amount of parts. I have contacted the seller to get those missing parts but I am unsure at this moment if that will be granted. This was something my daughter wanted badly for her birthday. Because of the issue, I am now unable to put this together in time for her birthday surprise.

Excellent purchase!
This was a great purchase! Really sturdy & my son loves it! Be on the lookout for 2 boxes. We originally only received 1 box & quickly realized we were missing another despite only "box one of one" noted on it. After sending a message to the seller, the 2nd box arrived days later & we were thrilled! They might have only been separated during shipment or the seller then quickly sent the 2nd box but either way, we're thrilled!

Need better instructions
Good packaging and good quality product. Failure to provide detailed instructions led to mistakes requiring disassembly and reassembly.

Did not come with instructions
Pros: cute, love the style of it and I'm hoping it will be just right for my 3 kids.Cons: Missing instructions. thin metal that bends inwards when you tighten the bolts.Value for money is good I think. We will see how this holds up.
