The non-stick surface is great, tough and easy to clean, but the pan becomes ever so slightly convex when heated, so the oil flows away from the food and toward the edge of the pan, rather than toward the food, requiring tilting every so often.

I absolutely love this griddle! I needed something reliable for making crepes, and this one works perfectly. It heats evenly, nothing sticks, and clean-up is super easy. The quality feels great, and I love that it’s both oven and dishwasher-safe. Totally worth it if you're serious about cooking — especially for crepes or pancakes!

It’s great! Nice and even heat. You have to oil it or spray it prior to use. We have a gas stove and it works amazing. These pans also don’t scratch. Some of the reviews complain about burning or discoloration and feel people are having heat too high and not oiling. There is little to no cleanup required if you use properly. It is a little messy for bacon or sausages though.
