The second set of measurements is off: should be 25"x12'x1". It's a 12 foot roll of media, 25 inches wide.

can this filter be washed and reused?

I’ve never tried washing it, but I do vacuum it and reuse it. It is one of the best filter materials I’ve ever used. It gets the air cleaner and allergens don’t seem to bother me with this filter, and I have two (2) cats!
