Amazing taste!!!
I use these to act similar to throat lozenges. Tho these taste infinitely better. Also, cough drops last only thru about half their melting process. These help me long after they are gone. Bought a second bag of them..

May or may not upset your stomach, you decide
I bought these because I am on a low carb, no sugar diet. I was searching specifically for hard candy, not chewable. These were one of the lowest carb I could find for 3 pieces. They are smooth and a good size. Unfortunately, they upset my stomach within minutes of having in my mouth, which is a side effect others have mentioned. My son tried them, and they don't upset his stomach. It truly depends on the individual.

Great Lemon Drops
I purchased these to share and they have a great lemon flavor and are sugar free. No one has mentioned an aftertaste which is always a good thing. Good price and diabetic friendly!
