Berberine was effective for me. I had began overeating and started gaining weight. I’m not overweight or anything, but my mind started to tell me to eat even if I wasn’t necessarily hungry. I’m in my 40s now so I guess I can expect certain changes. If you’re interested in this for weight loss then it wouldn’t hurt, I haven’t noticed any negative side effects. It has definitely helped quiet my mind about eating. I’m not taking it for weight loss but I can see why people suggest it for that.

Nothing has helped my PCOS weight. Absolutely nothing. Not calorie counting. Not working out 6 days a week. Getting 10K steps in daily. This did the trick! I'm not cutting out sugar completely either and still down 11 lbs in 3 weeks. It does stop most of the cravings though. I even stopped buying lattes (I would have half a cup in the morning) because they kept expiring in the fridge from not wanting them. I am switching brands due to the price going from $13 to $33. But the product works. Note: It may give you some crazy digestive issues. Not a fan of that, but the results have made it worth the struggle. I take two a day.

10/10 so far! I started using Nature’s Bounty Berberine and I’m really liking it. The capsules are easy to take, gentle on my stomach, and I’ve been feeling really good while using them. I also appreciate that the ingredients are straightforward and from a brand I trust. Definitely excited to keep using this in my routine!

I have been using this supplement on and off, and on the days I take it, I do notice a reduction in cravings. I've not used it extremely consistently, so I'd like to improve this and see if a noticable different really takes root and results in weight loss. It is not an extreme effect, but it is enough to make a difference and help me stay more mindful with eating throughout the day. The quantity you get for the price also makes it a good value, especially if you are planning to use it consistently. The pills are a bit large but easy enough to swallow with a bit of water. No taste! Overall, this has been a helpful addition to my routine so far.

So I gained 20 pounds in the last 7 months and just could not lose the weight. After 3 weeks using this product I already lost 10 pounds! It helped me cut cravings and also helped with my energy levels. I haven’t been craving junk and I’ve actually been eating really healthy. I’ve also felt more full after meals so it’s helped with overeating. Definitely recommend this product if your gut health is out of wack!

I’ve tried various different brands of Berberine. I find this one to be okay. Not really the best brand I have tried, though. I take Berberine for weight loss and weight management, as well to help keep my blood sugar levels low along with a change in diet. It mildly works. So the quality is okay. But not the best brand I’ve tried. Though I regularly buy other types of health supplements by Nature’s Bounty for years. This one is fair for the price and mild general effectiveness. I have been takeing berberine supplements for a year now. I take them for 2 -3 weeks and then take a break for 2 weeks, so that my body doesn’t get used to the supplement and also to help protect my liver. Berberine is the type of supplement that has to be taken a break from for at least 1-2 weeks to protect the liver from damage. It is a safe supplement to take but a potent one that requires being taken intermittently only. Diet change is a must if one is trying to lower blood sugar levels anyway. This supplement simply helps aide in lowering blood sugar. It shouldn’t be depended on solely for this purpose. It can boost the immune system and has for me.
