Great price, great flavor
I have been taking these for a few months and I really believe they work well. I was having heart palpitations quite frequently and my doctor suggested taking magnesium. I haven't had a single one since I started these. The taste is very fruity and the price is great. Definitely a keeper!

They work great. I live the fact they were extremely fresh like right off the line. Easy to chew. Love them.

Effective to improve sleep patterns
Not quite as tasty as a well known national brand (starts with a Q), but for me, these magnesium glycinate gummies are far more effective, but even so, I have to take 3 gummies instead of 2 for the desired effectiveness. These gummies have a pleasant flavor and texture. They have gotten my sleep patterns back into a reasonably healthy rhythm. And with no added sugar (which is better for my blood sugar than the Q brand)! And for those with dietary restrictions, these are free of the Big 9 allergens and they’re gluten free. One thing to note, it takes some time (a few weeks in my case) to notice significant improvements in sleep. But maybe my magnesium deficiency had become more severe before I began magnesium glycinate supplementation.

The taste is delicious and the gummies are very calming. I take two before bed and gently drift to sleep.
