Are these safe to use on the Litter Robot?

Yes, I have a litter robot connect 3 and use it. I am on the LR3 support facebook page and it is a recommendation to use it to clean the unit.

I have a black LR4. I know I can use it on the globe but if the tray gets funky can I use it on that too or will it change the black color at all?

I’m not sure what you mean by the “tray”. Do you mean the ramp going to the opening? I’ve only ever used the NM foam cleaner on the inside of the globe. That’s the only part of the LR that gets really “yucky”.
