Delivery was on time, and the parcel arrived in perfect condition. The sink plugs come in a pack of two, with both plugs including stainless steel chains. They were well packaged and arrived without any damage. They fit perfectly in my bathroom sink and create a completely airtight seal, with no water leaking through at all. While you coukd say I could have measured my plughole and checked the measurements in the description, you could also say that the words 'bathroom sink plug' and 'universal' shouldn't be used for a product that doesn't fit in bathroom sinks and can fit any plughole...as long as the size only varies by 0.3cm...

It does not fit a bathroom sink despite being advertised as a Universal Sink Plug. I expect to be sent an actual Universal Sink Plug that fits also a bathroom sink!!
