NORTIV 8 Men's Military Tactical Boot Zipper Lightweight

I’m very happy with these NORTIV 8 boots. I’ve worn them to work, and they are very comfortable to walk in. They feel lightweight on my feet, and the size fits me well. I also really like the brown color and the overall design. They have a nice, rugged look that works well for both work and casual outings. Overall, I’m pleased with my purchase and would recommend them to anyone looking for comfortable, lightweight boots for everyday use.

I'm 77 and my feet have taken a beating over the years. From running to workouts to being on my feet all day, it's now hard to find any shoe that feels comfortable. I'm still very active and need foot protection for my outdoor chores. From day one, these boots never let me down. Fit and comfort are excellent. So far they've shown very little wear. The zippers make getting them on and off easy. I have some Columbia snow boots I usually wear when the snow flies. I think I'll give these Nortiv's a try this winter. They're waterproof.

Really comfortable! Wear them all day and they have been super nice on my feet. They seem comparable to garrison boots I had from another well known athletic shoe brand. They feel like running sneakers to me and the treat on them is really nice. The tread seems long wearing, not vibrant soles long, but really good nonetheless. These are pretty much all nylon upper so I wouldn’t expect them to hold up to the rigors of daily wear in the woods or anything, but they are very well made. They might surprise me if I put them through their paces in the field. I mostly wear them for riding my motorcycle and when I do work inside a building. Zipper feature like a tanker boot is nice and makes it easy to get on and off without replacing.

First, they are comfortable, with thick soles that don't let you feel every pebble. And they are pretty much 100% synthetic, which keeps them pretty light for a 12W boot. But with a 12W foot, the side zipper does not allow enough for me to get my foot in without unlacing the boot at least three sets of eyes. Maybe if I was younger, and more flexible. I have worn many sets of side-zip boots from other boot brands. Once on, they are decently snug, and the ankle support feels pretty good. I did notice some irregular lumps in the insole area of the left boot, but since these were just too hard to put on without unlacing at least three sets of eyes every time, I did not investigate. If you have a smaller foot, these might be worth a try, they did seem comfortable during a quick try-on, feeling very much like a light-weight hiking boot. I am returning this pair because of the side-zip and laces not working for my 12W foot.

If you’re on the fence because they’re much less expensive than many of the big-name tactical boots, don’t let the price fool you. These boots are outstanding. As a man who’s over 400 pounds and deals with rheumatoid arthritis along with a torn meniscus, comfort is a huge priority for me. Update: 2 months in and the first whole has formed on the right shoe. A create has formed on the front of the toe box that is not a hard indentation that rubs on my big toes and causes pain after a long day in them. Again being realistic for the price they are "good shoes" But I won't be buying them again unfortunately. I can live with the home and then wearing out fast but the fact that they are painful after 2 months is unacceptable 5 weeks in. the "boots" are comfortable. They are tennis shoes with ankle support. the zipper sides make for awesome quick in and off. I do residential tile work and they are perfect for this job. they look good and after 5 weeks are holding up. for the price I will be happy if I get 6 months. if they last that long I will not update. if I throw them away before that I will update and drop from 4 stars to 3 stars. they only get 4 stars because they started to scuff up the first day. They are cheap labor shoes so I wouldn't expect 5 stars. If they last 4 months though I'll buy another pair. I also work at a fire station and have a black pair that I love because of the quick on and off when switching into fire gear. The scuff marks shown in the pic are from the first day. All the thin-set is from over a months use.

I have been wearing tactical boots for work for over 20 years. I'm not going to say these are the best boots I have ever worn, but I will say, for 60 bucks, they're pretty good. I blew out my old boots and needed some new ones for an upcoming training weekend, I saw the reviews on these and figured I would give them a try. They're pretty comfortable right out of the box. The side zipper is smooth, and so far they're holding up well. I have only had them for about a month, so I can't speak to long time durability, but I do wear them about 50-60 hours a week and so far they are holding up. I would buy them again and I would recommend them.

Love these boots, excellent comfort from day one, great for work or leisure, lightweight, quality so far so good though not wore them hiking but they have kept my feet dry in wet conditions, good grip sole and breathable upper’s . Very pleased with purchase, fashionable casual light work wear.
