We purchased this to use during an outdoor winter event. It kept the water hot for hours in below freezing temps. We were very pleased with how well it performed. Love the large capacity, and the overall design. Nice matte finish. The lid screws in tight to prevent leaks during transport. Overall very happy with this purchase!

The container worked perfectly for hot chocolate. It kept the contents above 100 degrees for several hours outside in the single digits. Very pleased with the cost and quality!

I have purchased and returned other dispensers.This is a keeper! I first used it to keep hot chocolate warm (outside on a cold night) and the drink stayed warm for the while night. I then used it for lemonade at a beach party and the drink stayed cool all day. I also like the sleek, modern design of the device. There are not a lot of nooks and crannies; it’s easy to clean.

Clean and professional, making it great for serving tea at gatherings or events. It feels well built and the large capacity makes it convenient when serving multiple people. Hot tea does stay warm, although in my experience it doesn’t keep it hot quite as long as the product description suggests. That said, it still holds temperature well for normal use and is perfectly fine for serving throughout a meal or event.

I bought 3 of these dispensers to accommodate beverages served at our community fundraiser events. I wasn't sure that the dispensers would keep our beverages hot/cold for the duration of our events, but they certainly did the job!We served both coffee and a cold beverage where. both were kept at their givrn temperatures for over 24 hours. We are extremely pleased with the product's performance and convenience and would recommend the product to those entertaining both small and large groups.
