I struggled with a severely dry nose. It got to the point that my nose would bleed every time I sneezed. After trying several other gels, I was lucky enough to find this. Within two days no sign of crusting, bleeding or associated pain. Yes it was difficult to open , that’s the only drawback. I’ve made sure I twisted it snugly closed after every use. I've had no issues with it drying out. The instructions say more is less. Yes, very true, but that’s only with how much you use at one time. I used it every time my nose hurt or felt dry. No, it’s not a large container, but it is a miracle in a jar!

I purchased this to help with dryness of my nose caused by my c-pap machine. It has been helpful. I apply a small amount to the inside of each nostril with a cotton swab before going to bed each night. If needed, I apply more in the morning. It has no odor and is a good texture. Yes, it is a small container, but a little of this goes a long way.

Every winter I get dry nose with that crack n bleeding. This yr was the worst! With the sub zero temps. It was getting larger n growing. I had some tube one. It helped but this is doing it quickly. I’m only on 2nd day. I can literally get air thru my nose now. Which is a miracle cuz I’m a mouth breather. As far as opening it. It’s like my water bottles. Take a knife cut across the label that attaches from the lid to the jar. Unscrew it. Take the cardboard off n put it back into the top. Take a razor blade n sever the foil n scrape it around the circle. It’s unbelievable the amount of moisture u get with this product. I got some on my index finger where it gets deep deep bloody cracks. It’s gone n it makes your skin so soft. I do believe ppl are using this for more than their nostrils. N that is why they r complaining about the amount u get. This product costs less than the tube ones. N heals very fast! It’s a miracle! So if u r just using it for your nostrils it should last a while. Thank you so much for a miracle product 😉🙌❤️

This product has been great to use for my dry nasal issues. The only downside size is that the container has a false bottom, so it appears that you’re getting twice as much product as you actually do. If you’re OK with paying the price for less than it appears, I say go for it. It works great for me 👍

My sister needed these to ease irritation from oxygen tubing. They seemed to work fine.

GREAT product, TERRIBLE packaging. Product is the best I've found for a nasal moisturizer and works fantastic as a healing ointment for stubborn wounds right under nostrils due to dryness, nasal drip, and nose blowing. I have constant scabs and wounds under my nostrils (for almost a year) due to many factors, and I've tried dozens of balms, gels, ointments, moisturizers, creams, you name it and I've probably tried it. I've never had better results than with this product. It works, definitely works. But the sucky thing is the packaging doesn't have an airtight seal, and there is no protection in the packaging to keep the product protected from air and temperatures. It becomes a hardened substance in the heat, so I keep it in a cool area, and it still ends up solidifying and hard little solids become present throughout the moisturizer, and it gets worse as you use it because there is less and less in the container so there are more solid pieces. The actual amount of product is pretty stingy and they don't give you much. Especially for the price. But all in all I wouldn't even care about that as much if there was a better seal on the packaging and it stayed the consistency it is supposed to have, and didn't develop little solids that make it difficult to use.

Performs as advertised, however container has false bottom and has less salve than appears.

This moisturizer worked great. I bought it for my sister who was on oxygen. Her nose was so sore, and this product gave her immediate relief. Sad to say she only got to use it for two weeks because my sister passed away unexpectedly. My only regret is that I didn’t get this moisturizer earlier. I highly recommend this product.

I’ve been struggling with exercise induced rhinitis for about 12 months and I’ve tried every single cream, balm, saline spray, etc. Nothing worked properly, perhaps a minute or two of relief then breathing in razor blades covered in lemon juice! This little pot saved my life! It works for 12 hours, from the very first use, and lasts. The pain is gone, thank you
