What i say.. its awsum never expected such a lovely product from hp .till now its working fine...first time when i started its heated due to update n all installation process... screen quality is good..with 8 gb ram speed is fine m daily user net with zoom online classes.. battery life not checked once checked will update u.. n backlight key is best in this lapie..sound quality is good.. with dis price range best to buy.. i bought dis in big billon day with my old exchange hp laptop so i got 11k cheaper frm price.. nice deal from amazon...thanks amzon n hp for a lovely laptop.. overall gud for students who r taking online classes n other stuffs..highly recommended

Excellent speed and multitasking. Poor build quality.
Pros: Excellent speed and multitasking. Zero lag with day-to-day office use. Touch screen is decent. Okay battery life (not great). Cons: Speaker volume is low. The laptop body is not sturdy and the trackpad randomly gets triggered by any pressure on the base from underneath (ie even a slightly uneven surface sends the cursor all over the place etc)

FAULTY DEFECTIVE HARDWARE ISSUE DELIVERED
I had the worst experience with HP, this is the first and last time I’m buying HO laptop. Broke customer trust by delivering faulty defective piece to me with hardware issues. And not even fixing this issue under warranty. I faced issues from day one with loose keys and faulty mouse pad. In one week the tab key came out. HP is telling me I’ve to pay for it with my own money and not under warranty because this is customer induced damage!! Asking customer to pay for fixing faulty piece delivered to me is heights!! Just terrible and pathetic. Don’t buy this unreliable laptop and from HP. Pathetic customer support.

Required service within 15 days...
Within 15days of receipt and use, the LCD konked off and had to be replaced. Not acceptable from a brand new product. Again a 'Made in China' product issue...
