I work as a server, so this is one of my tools of trade. Iโve had loads of different wine knives, but this is easily the best. Itโs comfortable in the hand, inserts into a cork without effort and pulls out smoothly. Iโm a small person, without much muscle power, but this makes it simple.

Poorly made slips off bottle rim

I always used a cheap opener to open our wine. It worked okay, but I destroyed a few corks along the way. My daughter told me I should get a โgoodโ opener and, based on the reviews, I bought this one. I did not realize it would make such a big difference in the ease of opening a bottle. Great purchase.
