Always Pan - Large 12.5-Inch Nonstick, Toxin-Free Ceramic Cookware | Versatile Frying Pan, Skillet, Saute Pan | Stay-Cool Handle | Oven Safe | Lightweight Aluminum Body | Steam

If I could give this item more stars I would. It is easy to clean, wonderful to use for cooking, light weight lid,

Beautiful quality and functions great, cooking perfectly without sticking. Knocking 1 star off bc the little handle gets super hot when cooking. From exp, I burned my hand. Idk why they would have that handle there if you couldn't grab it without being burned since the long handle stays cool. Its a mind F to remember when grabbing the pan after cooking.... right hand ok - left hand use oven mit. It should be keep the same temp on both handles. But I do love the quality of this pan so trying to find a silicone cover for that short handle to help.

This pan is so far the best pan I have ever had. It is relatively lightweight, cooks evenly and without any sticking issues. Love it, may buy another size.

While this pan looks beautiful and is lightweight, it does not hold up to light daily use. After a couple of months, eggs and meat began to stick. Even worse, the bottom warped, oil now pools around the edges, causing food in the center to burn easily, despite the coating still looking intact. It's definitely not worth the price. You can find ceramic pans of the same quality for much less.

Just used it for the first time - loved the quality and heat retention. But it was simply stored with my other pots and pans and already is scarred on the outside. I’ve tried multiple cleaners with no avail. It’s too expensive to be this fragile.
