I use this nasal spray when I have a sinus headache or one of my stuffed up and closed nasal passage times. Good stuff. I use the regular Xlear nasal spray numerous times per day as well to help keep my nadal passages moist.

I’m not kidding this thing is a lifesaver for sinusitis and it will drain the heck out of your sinuses like draino! Really gets deep up there, I mean so DEEP to the point where it shocks you how much mucus comes out from the depths of your sinus cavities…all that yellowish gunk that would have caused you a sinus infection comes draining out within an hour…It works 10x better than Flonase or other allergy meds that cause to overdraw and cause more rebound congestion long term. I cannot live without it! Prevents sinus infections and completely clears your sinuses out all the WAY!!

Ever since discovering this product I use a lot less "bad" nose spray. It definitely burns but it's just for the first few seconds. Really helps to encourage my nasal passages to move mucus out instead of staying trapped in my sinuses. I have huge sinus cavaties and have always had a difficult time keeping them clear. Only wish I would have found this years ago! Highly recommend!

Bought it for sinus problems made worse by blood pressure medications. Not as strong as they complain about. Depends what is is used for. The xlear Rescue does burn and might be stronger and has more oils. Much more expensive. Rescue has Euculyptis oil which does sting. If you have a plugged up nose probably work. I don’t but have sinus drainage into throat but it is thick. Made worse by allergy and more by medication. Anyhow don’t be afraid to try it because other reviews claim it stings. If you have chronic sinus problems, try it. Probably would work on cold symptoms. Don’t worry that they say not for full time. I think you can. Stronger than original one. About same price. Can not find it in stores. Does not overdry nose like some of the can sprays do.
