Lighter alcoholic alternative
You get 12 cans of this hard seltzer. It is gluten free, has no artificial sweetners and has a watermelon flavour and a 4.5% volume. I do really enjoy water based drinks and this is the first time I have tried sparkling water with alcohol and I quite like it, it's definitely a lighter alcoholic alternative. I would say these taste is not sweet at all, in fact the alcohol is an undertone and works well with the watermelon, which while not overpowering definitely is the predominant flavour. It is sparking but its not too over carbonated and it gives a really refreshing taste on the pallete. I definitely can see this being a good drink on a warm summers day as it is refreshing. I do have to say that I think you have to like sparking water on it's own to enjoy this, while the alcohol and water melon flavours are there essentially it's water based so the flavours and the sweetness is not present like in other drinks. The can has 95 kcal in it, this is definitely a good drink if you are worried about the often high cal count of alcoholic beverages. I was expecting something different on my first sip but after the initial taste it settles down on your pallete and gives you a smooth taste, not bitter but not sweet. I drink a lot of sparking water, both flavoured and not so this is right up my street, I really like the subtle flavours with nothing over powering the other. It is a nice balanced alcoholic drink thats not too sweet. I think if you like flavoured sparking water this is definitely one to try.

Light and Refeshing
Well dear reader, the biggest compliment I can pay this is that after rapidly consuming the first batch , I went and bought some more . This is a light effervescent drink with a slight alcoholic (4% abv) kick . The watermelon flavour is not at all overpowering but rather a nice hint on the palate . This is very pleasant and went down well right across the household. It is very reasonably priced. It is a bit different. That's why I snapped up some more . Cheers!

Very refreshing
I like it because it's not to sweet. It's got a light and refreshing taste that I love. The watermelon flavor is just right – not too strong, just a hint of natural goodness. The fact that it's alcoholic with 4.5% ABV adds a bit of fun without being too much. I appreciate that it's not heavy on calories, just 95 kcal per can. It's become my go-to drink when I want something light and bubbly. The 12 x 330ml pack is convenient too – easy to grab from the fridge whenever I'm in the mood. It hits the spot with its tasty, light, and refreshing vibe.

Tastes like lightly flavoured sparkling water - with booze
This was an odd review to write and I've now started over 3 times.... White claw is sparkling water with added booze and a flavour. Never let that fact leave your mind, and you will understand what this drink is all about Usually when reviewing "tart fuel" (think Breezers, Smirnoff Ice, Hooch etc) they are usually very sweet and very heavily flavoured to cover up any taste of alcohol. This takes a rather different approach of being primarily a sparkling water first, then adding the booze, then adding the flavour. Imagine going in to your nearest and most depressing sandwich shop, getting a terrible egg salad sandwich and a bottle of sparkling water. Yeah THAT kind of sparkling water... But with some fun added! Its a really odd blend that on first taste confused the hell out of me, but I've grown to like it! The second half of your day at your desk would be a lot easier to handle with a few boozy sparkling waters eh? Flavour wise, it's subtle.. Like you would expect The overbearing sense is.. sparkling water You can't taste any alcohol at all - so all in all, it ticks all of the boxes it set out to, and I can't fault it for execution. Personally I'll probably jazz them up slightly with a twist and a shot of vodka, but this would be great for a nice light afternoon barbecue or beach party

Really fresh.
These are very fizzy and fresh tasting out of the can. They have a slight hint of watermelon but not too overbearing. As a mixer or to flesh out a jug or pitcher they're absolutely perfect. Be careful though as they can pack a punch.

Not quite as flavourful as I’d expected but certainly still pleasant.
The idea of a watermelon flavoured alcoholic fizzy drink sounded really attractive - watermelon is such a light refreshing taste. This ‘seltzer’ is quite pleasant to drink but not quite as flavourful as I was expecting. It smells more watermelon than it tastes. It has a marked fizzy, soda water first taste and the watermelon comes as a bit of a an aftertaste at the back your mouth when you swallow. Still quite refreshing. It’s 4.5% alcohol but doesn’t really taste like it. In fact, if you didn’t know, you maybe wouldn’t guess it was alcoholic at all. Which I suppose is perhaps a bit of a concern if kids got hold of it. But if you use and drink it responsibly, it’s quite a refreshing, pleasant drink. I can imagine drinking a nice glass of it sitting out in the summer sunshine.
