Wonderful clay
I am new to using air dry clay and this is the dreamiest clay....soft, flexible and almost transparent. Perfect for making cake decorations.

Used This to Repair a Resin Decoration
I lost a piece from a painted seasonal decor item and figured this could help with repairs. It’s very soft to start with but dries quickly. It’s been three days at this point and except for the paint I added afterwards, it has a similar texture to the original and required no gluing! I’m quite pleased with this product and would buy again.

Best air dry for flowers
I love this clay for making flowers and so many other things. I use tools normally used in fondant cake decorating which makes this so fun! I love that it's firm yet slightly flexible when dry so if I want to adhere them I can bend petals how I want

I think this is one of the weirdest clays I've worked with. Not the best in the world but I was able to make stuff with it. Sculpting it is weird. It tugs on itself and the outer part of the clay dries pretty quickly. For example, imagine you roll a piece of the clay into a ball and then you want to make an indent on it so you press it with your finger. It will "rip" or crack. The outside has become a bit drier than the rest of the clay and then you'll see like white "stretch marks" on it. I tried to show an example of it with the picture I uploaded. On the dango I sculpted the white marks appear on the pink ball. It was hard to show them because I glazed it and there's a glare, but I tried my best. One thing I like is how hard it sets once fully dry. I checked the hardness by throwing the purple angler fish against a wall and it didn't shatter. When it comes to coloring it, its not that hard. For the angler fish, I mixed the clay with soft pastel powder. The little red octopus I colored with acrylic paint, and the donut was painted by mixing mod podge glue and soft pastel shavings. The clay doesn't stick to itself that well so when I want to put parts together I discovered that mod podge works really well. For example, the rat's tail and the sea angel's parts were glued to each other with mod podge. Overall, I wouldn't really recommend it, but it does recommend you use it for making flowers which I think it would be good for. Like making little flowers but, I wouldn't recommend it for making bigger or intricate sculps. But if you don't mind the fact it doesn't behave to well then go for it.

Good but not perfect.
Great clay for flowers but it is not a resin clay like Modena that will allow for extremely thin petals. Unfortunately the Modena Amazon sells is very old and hard and cannot be reconditioned. I use Nara for everything that isn't super thin and have to order Modena from Japan & pay $$$ for shipping.
