I usually use the combo of pumpkin seed oil and saw palmetto for my hair loss from thyroid disease. I noticed that saw palmetto actually helps me to have less bathroom trips during the night. So, I bought this product to try. Instead of 4 nighttime potty breaks, I am down to 1 or 2 with this product. So it does help with that. My hair loss had actually stopped falling as much right before I started this product, so I can't really say much for that one. This absolutely works for hair loss. I'm halfway through my first bottle, and I'm seeing far less fallout. I have some new growth, sticking up wildly (and, I'll take it). It's not expensive and worth the effort. There's no taste, but I do get a little heartburn. Just take with a small meal to combat that.
