I've never bitten into an apricot pit that had no bitterness behind it. No bitterness mean very little / no B17. For anyone incorporating this into cancer treatment, my guess is that it's completely useless. If its just for flavor, there's much better and cheaper alternatives

It's sure easier than cracking all those pits by hand. The taste is what I expected. Some are more bitter than others but I understand that it is because of more amigdalin which is why I eat them. And iv'e always liked them. Beware: Look at them before tossing them in your mouth. I'm lucky I didn't break a crown on what turned out to be a rock. It would have been better if it had been a piece of shell. I would have recognized it before biting so hard. With that said I will probably reorder when they are consumed
