Adquirido el producto con Sinergia Shop, se recibió en tiempo, original y sellado de fábrica. Este té de Cardamomo de Ahmad es el producto estrella de la marca - el más vendido a nivel mundial. Su mezcla se basa en el té de Kenia (alto porcentaje) más los tés de Sri Lanka y Malaui con aromatizante adicional y único de Cardamomo (sabor a mentol). Predominio aquí del té de Kenia tiene objetivo especial de garantizar el cuerpo fuerte capaz de sostener y resaltar la fuerza de Cardamomo sin ser opacada. Los tés de Kenia son de altura (tierras volcánicas rojas) y no ofrecen notas dulces o azucaradas sino saben a madera limpia y hojas verdes secas con un fondo sutilmente frutal y cítrico. Estos tés tienen sabor astringente y con infusión cargada son algo fuertes. Para evitar su fuerza excesiva se aconseja colarlos a 3-4 minutos exactos o tomar con leche. Usando el tiempo de preparación máximo (6-8 minutos), el Cardamomo alcanza liberar mayor cantidad de mentol con sabor pronunciado y capaz de refrescar (adormecer) la garganta. Pero así la infusión queda fuerte. Para resaltar sabor a Cardamomo aún más se recomienda añadir el azúcar. La leche neutraliza la fuerza del té pero también diluye el sabor, por eso únicamente en versión solo este té ofrece sabores más notables. Usando el tiempo de preparación mínimo (3-4 minutos), el té saldrá menos cargado, con sabor a mentol menor. El aceite aromático de Cardamomo por su naturaleza, se evapora menos que los aceites cítricos (Bergamota), por lo que este té conserva su aromatizante adicional durante más tiempo y no es imprescindible comprarlo con fecha de fabricación reciente.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Ordered just before the blast furnace fired up here down at 35N latitude, but I *love* this brand of Cardamom loose leaf tea. They aren't price gouging folk with this lovely massive tin of tea, and again, I mean, I just cannot recommend it highly enough. The tea leaves are the right size, the flavouring is perfect, and the black tea caffeine content does what it's meant to do. Not a "shy" tea. 180 degrees away from Darjeeling, if you are into that. If you know cardamom spice and you love it, I can not imagine you having any complaints with this tea. It's delicious. Also, mind, this is *real* tea--not that stuff that comes in bags, that's typically the sweepings off the tea room floor--so you'll need to have some kinda tea ball or strainer or such. I always make all my tea by the pot, and 4 minutes/8 grams for the typical "6 cup" tea pot is perfect (they call them "6 cup" tea pots; really they're closer to 4... 4 typical modern size "mugs" anyway). I'm so grateful I was able to get a true, full-size tin, reasonably priced, AND it's delicious!
