Works almost instantaneously, cleans siding, concrete, and gutters. Easy to install on the hose and definitely enjoyed the nozzle options. After letting the cleaner sit on the house, I went back over it with water and removed more dirt and grime, so needless to say it is very strong at penetrating grime. If you're looking for a product to clean your house, I definitely recommend this one.

You will like the tip. Screw in the hose and just turn the lip being tip and it flows great and covers well. Did cleanup pretty well. I'd buy again

If you have dirt, mildew or mold on the siding of your house and don't want to pay somebody to clean it for you, this may be for you. (If the "dirt" is very heavy, you may have to go with a power wash.) Although I have a single story house, one side is extra tall and even with an extending scrub brush, I can't reach all the way to the top of it. Not wanting to pay to have it cleaned by someone else, I decided to try this. I was pleasantly surprised by the results, although it wasn't all instantaneous. This also works well on concrete and bricks. It appears to prevent new mildew and mold from forming for a long time, too. It's been a few years since I last had to clean any of the vinyl siding. One big negative is the design of the shut-off switch on the refillable bottle. When it's dry, it's fine. When it's wet, it's nearly impossible to operate. I fixed that by attaching a hose sprayer with threads onto the sprayer to the bottle. Turn the switch to On and then use the hose sprayer to turn it on and off. UPDATE: The shut-off switch has improved, but it appears the formula may have changed since I last used it. As I recall, the cleaning effect showed much more quickly than what I just used. Most of the green is gone but there is still quite a lot of gray left on the gutters and vinyl siding. Maybe that will disappear eventually. I hope so!

Update: I'm adding two stars because after the first rain most of the black algae was gone. 2nd rain left my roof lining like new! Impressive. The design is the sprayer remains awful! First. Why are there parts and pieces tossed in the box and tied to the bottle? WTF am I suppose to do with them? The requirement to hold the bottle to turn from off to water to on is an awful design! I probably washed a lot of the product off my roof before I was able to get it turned off. Then, because the design is awful, I found myself holding the hose and nozzle while the bottle sat on the ground. Yep. The nozzle was steadily spraying without the bottle being attached. When it was finally over. Thank goodness it was over, I was soaked. Why? Because even with all gaskets in place, I was only able to get the hose connected right enough one time to stop drips and sprays of water. Functionality is awful. I live in a 1 story ranch and the sprayer had a hard time reaching the peak. Yes. I definitely needed a ladder. I will say that the product did release a lot of dirt from the shingles. Time will tell if it will clean the black mold. It became a little windy as I neared completion so I can tell you it didn't taste too bad and the smell is pleasant

I put this on my siding and within 2 days the green was gone . I live in a 3 story home and the deck is on the 2nd story. The sprayer worked great and got to the top with no ladder needed. My neighbor stopped me the other day and asked how I got rid of the green on the house. I had enough for him to use. Our homes are looking great. anyone wondering if it works the answers is definitely YES. A lot of times the sprayer parts do not work so well. This was is GREAT. I will order again next year to keep up with no green on my home, and not have to hire someone to power wash my siding. Well worth the price.

I have used this exact product before, and I should have done a better job at looking at the size of the containers. Therefore I was surprised when these came and were almost 25% smaller than the ones I used last time, while being more expensive (talk about shrinkflation)! Just be aware of how much you get when ordering this. In the past I have needed 1 bottle to coat the 3 sides of my house that are shaded, but I needed to open the second bottle this time. I expect this will work just as well as it has in the past, but won't know for sure for several weeks. I used it to spray the siding on my house where mold and mildew is visible. This product does not work immediately, but cleans over time. I expect this to clean the siding in the next 4-6 weeks. If it cleans faster or slower, I will try to remember to update this review. The description states this has a range of up to 30 feet. I have excellent water pressure, and I only got around 20 feet of range. It was adequate for 2 stories, but would not reach the peak on the gable ends. I had to use a ladder to get all the way to the top. There are 2 settings on this nozzle - fan and jet. The jet is a misnomer as it is a basic spray pattern, not a jet stream. The fan is mostly useless. Using the fan nozzle, I barely made it to the top of the 1st story (at best). This was better for something like a fence, but is pretty worthless for the side of a house. The instructions are pretty bare bones. They state the nozzle is not included, but it is. The nozzle comes in two pieces, but they don't tell you how to assemble. It seems straightforward, but the tube has 2 notches on one end and none on the other end. The instructions don't tell you which end goes in the container, and which end goes into the nozzle. Be careful if during spraying, you get this on windows. After the product drys, it is like looking through a haze. It drys semi-opaque, and you need to then clean the windows to see clearly. I love the Wet & Forget products, but am not thrilled with the smaller amounts that cost more than in the past. I also wish the nozzle range was actually 30 feet instead of the 20 feet I got.

Works great on roofs! I have CertainTeed 50 years shingles 13 years ago, and their warrenty is the worst for black mold streaks. You have to remove one shingle and send it to them to see if it is covered. Give me a break!!!! This stuff is a life saver. Soray it on in the morning or a cloudy day. Then wait a few months and gone. If mold is bad, hit it again and it will be removed. Works great on green moss on vinyl siding too.

Just used the product. With all the warning; getting on skin, eyes, plants, etc; the product seems pretty toxic. Now I am afraid to use it around my pool as I am afraid it gets in the pool and runs down to the soil to kill the plants. A side from that, time will tell if the product works as it should as I've just applied it today on my roof and siding. The 3 stars rating is for the sprayer; it sucked. The description said it would spray 30 ft. that's one of the reason I purchased it. That is no way it spray 30 ft. 15 ft maybe and I had to use ladder to get to the 15ft. My garden hose sprayer in jet mode sprays further than this sprayer. Very disappointed.
