OtterBox Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra Defender Series Case - Black, Rugged & Durable, with Port Protection, Includes Holster Clip Kickstand

Case is awesome but I feel like an idiot. I have had Defender cases for multiple Galaxy phones in the past and knew they separated into pieces to apply to the phone but when the case for my S24 Ultra arrived, it appeared to be all one unit. I tried to push my phone in and it was impossible so I returned it for a replacement, thinking my case was defective. When the replacement had the same problem, I realized I was doing something wrong and (moment of clarity) googled how to put the phone into the case. The system was the same as in the past, only better, and it fit perfectly. I hope I didn't stress my phone too much while trying to jam it into the case without taking the pieces apart and applying them properly. When I had issues with my first attempt, I tore open the box and looked for instructions on the inside but didn't see any. (If they were there, I missed them.) I think Otterbox should include a QR code on the box to guide people to a video on how to apply the case to the phone for people like me who are too dense to figure it out despite years of prior experience. I feel bad that I returned my first case and hope this review helps others to avoid the stupid mistake I made. I love this case (I love that it's bulky and can protect the camera lenses and keep them clean) and am so glad I figured it out. So far, my phone seems to have not been affected by the stress I put on it while trying to force it into the case while it was all connected as one unit. Great phone...hoping it lasts a long time.

Wow OutterBox is my new favorite phone case!!! I drop my pbone so easily that I needed something with a tougher shell and this was it. The thickness is very protective, the quality is amazing. Its the appropriate fit to my phone. The color was correct and to the actual picture. I like that the kickstand was a clip style, so convenient and the functionality was everything I personally needed in my phone case. I've bought 2 already. I'd try this one out if you're just like me and have butter fingers

Otterbox has been known for making quality cases, and this was no different. I bought this twice. The first one lasted two years of dropping, going in and out of my pocket while protecting my phone. So I knew what I was buying to replace the broken one. Great Job, I will look up Otterbox for my future phone protection needs.

Best case I have ever had. Texture keeps it from slipping out of your hands. Only downside is it doesn't fit into the charger in my car.

I've been an Otterbox fan for years and have had them on all my smart phones. Being in the construction industry a phone wouldn't last an hour in my pocket. The clip-on feature is strong and convenient as is the clip holding the phone in the case. The anti-slip case works well, even with gloves or dirty hands. That said, I've still dropped my phones many times. Sometimes in the dirt and sometimes on concrete. In all the many falls my phones have experienced I've only cracked one screen and that crack was so small it went unnoticed for years until I dropped it in a pond an water got in.

Love this case, amazing feel and color too. But! Yes, a but. The plastic for the case where the hipclip attaches isnt meant for the test of time. [The part of the case on the side, phone case itself.] I bought this case just under a year ago, Nov. 23 or something and today the last peice of the side has broken and now my case is unusable to suit my pref. All in all though, I've loved it. It worked well with my screen protector and my camera lens protectors, the ones that are individually sectioned off from each lens.

Good quality case. Works with glass screen protectors. I don't use the clip part, so I can't speak to that. It does make it more bulky, but that does not bother me. Dropped it plenty of times, and phone is fine.

Great, replacement of the same. The only issues is the rubber gets a little stretched out over time and the retaining clip on the case will wear down to the point the clip base will not hold any more. But it holds up well for a good long time. And me purchasing another should be a good metric to gauge the product and it's effectiveness.

As expected, this product is great. It fits my case perfect, it doesn't add a ton of weight, and it has saved my phone from a couple drops already.

Otterbox cover is sturdy and protects your mobile from falls. The problem is with the people supplying it, they dispatch USED COVERS randomly. I was one such unlucky buyer, received a used cover after paying nearly 12K. If you are lucky enough you get a new unused piece.

Say what you want but this is the best phone cover in the world.
