I am by far no expert. However having tried one other brand, Con-Cret is now my go-to for daily use for general energy improvement. Two tiny scoops a day in my morning tea dissolves thoroughly and after a few days of use I can tell a significant difference in energy levels. This was the only change made and I will not be without it. I have experienced none of the side effects that can sometimes come with creatine use and I am very pleased with this product. I ordered the one with no flavor and in my opinion it does add a slight tartness. However, considering it is being mixed in my tea it is similar to a little hint of the tartness from lemon and I find it pleasant.

I recently just finished using creatine monohydrate and in combo with my other two supplements, I would have nausea about an hour after taking. I did research on different forms of creatine, and this type of creatine is supposed to be easier on the stomach. I definitely had to try it! So far, so good! The only thing I didn’t know when purchasing was the tartness of this creatine. The first time I took it with water, the taste was not so pleasant. I now put it in my diet Lipton green tea and it’s no problem now!

Mixes well with juice or crystal lite. It didn’t mix well with coffee, but it’s fine with juices. The unflavored isn’t completely flavorless.

This stuff really helps at the gym. I recover much faster and stronger and can do more reps. I will never stop using it. This is the only supplement I have ever used that I could actually tell a difference.

Ordered "unflavored" variety. Received "Raw Tart" flavor. Thought maybe I made a mistake so I ordered "unflavored" a second time and a second time received "Raw Tart" flavor. Realized unlike creatine monohydrate - which comes in an unflavored variety that you can add to things without adversely affecting the flavor, this does not have an unflavored variety even though they misleadingly call it unflavored, it actually has a very strong, unpleasant taste. So they need to fix the listing to reflect it correctly as "Raw Tart" flavor instead of falsely calling it "unflavored." Since I normally add creatine to my morning coffee, this made the coffee taste like it was made with a lemon-lime sports drink instead of water. But even trying to put this into water and "shotgun" it, the flavor is very harsh... my wife won't even take it at all.

Love the results. Dislike the taste and price is higher than I think it should be.

Entirely my mistake but I bought this thinking there was more, the container is only 48g which brings it to close to $1000 per kilo..
