Best value for your money
These are the best method for storing food. They are food grade containers but what sets them aside from normal ones are the screw on tops. No more trying to pry off lids. Just unscrew and you have full access to the contents inside. I'll only by these from now on, and recommend this to everyone.

Joined the sourdough bandwagon and needed a bin to store my bread flour. This one works perfectly.

It’s a pain in the butt to put kids on but once you do they work great

Watch the lid if you want a good seal.
These are good quality buckets, the Gamma 2 lids are good, However the gasket has a tendency to buckle when the lid is tightened and come out of the lid gasket groove. Just watch for this if you want a good seal. Also, pull up on the lid as it is tightened, it seems to help.

Easy on easy off access to the bucket
I made mine into vacuum packable buckets for storage or meet work or anything you need to vacuum pack and these I have used for years for fishing it's worth every penny to have that much ease of use don't settle for anything else
