Marine Tex Epoxy Putty 2 oz.

Marine tex is great stuff.

I fixed my leaking gas tank on 2003 Ford Mustang, so it must be good stuff. Been over a year and the leak, on a split seam, has not returned.

This is a super tough, super strong adhesive.

Marine Tex is a great product for small jobs. I only purchase in the 2oz package because it is easier to mix and work. Recently I have been getting thru Harvard Marine and they do a great job of getting the order shipped out same day and the best pricing by far. Nearly double the price if you go to places like West Marine.

Worked perfectly for an damaged spot in our fiberglass pool and has lasted years. No mold, mildew, chipping, etc. I use it for everything BUT Vendor shipping was a debacle

I use this two-part marine epoxy on my real boats and also my RC model yachts, usually in the larger sized cans. As it begins to harden you can mold Marine Tex like putty ... I spray isopropyl alcohol on my fingers to stop the epoxy from adhering to my skin. When it's cured, you can sand it to the desired finished shape. I use both the white and gray versions depending on the final finished color. A great product to have in stock if you're a DIY-type.

I have used marine text white and gray for years. It is a great product. The reason this is a one-star review is both my fault and the fault of greed on the sellers part. I have only ever seen or purchased this in 14 oz containers. I had no idea it even existed in any other size, let alone as a 2 oz container. Conveniently the picture of the box on the website is much larger than the box that you receive. It lasts a long time and it has been a few years since I bought it. When I was buying it it was somewhere in the $30 neighborhood. Turns out the 14 oz is now about $55 and you can get this rip off 2 oz container for about $25.
