We were having trouble balancing our chemicals when we first got our hot tub. We were using what the store had sold us upfront. Once we got this we were finally able to balance everything out. If you need to balance out your PH and alkalinity this is a good product to pick up.

got it in a nice time frame, I don't know about the mix.... maybe the ph is ok but just need the alkalinity down?

Put a capfull in my hot tub and worked great. I'd buy it again.

I ordered this for my pool. I did the math and this 1 bottle was the perfect size for about 15k gallons. It lowered my pH from about 9.3 to 7.4, which is where I wanted it

found out main reason for constant high ph was leaving bubblers on in spa. turned off, no problem maintaining ph with this product

The directions led me to believe that this product was stronger or better than other PH- products. I have a 1500 gallon spa. To reduce my PH from 8.2 to 7.7 with this product should only require 6 Tbsps according to the label. I would need to add 200 gms of my usual PH- product to do the same. It seemed like a good deal at the time. As it turned out, I needed at least 200 gms of this product as well. I paid $56+ for a product that is no better than my usual $10 product. BUYER BEWARE!!
