This stuff is a staple. Every kitchen should have it. True to the name, it's actually way better than bouillon. It's not too salty at all, and the flavor is rich and almost creamy, in a fatty sort of way. A pinch of this when cooking rice really wakes it up, and you can use it in roasts too to get a stronger gravy from the resulting juice. The stuff seems pricey but you get a lot of use out of each jar, and it's really worth it.
