I bought this for my wife and was pleasantly surprised that it actually worked, it works on the principle that the air leaving your lungs will always take the path of least resistance, although this will not always guarantee that one will not snore ( if the mouth is open wide it will still be the path of least resistance) what this item will do is highly increase the chance that the nostrils will be the path of least resistance, and as it is impossible to snore through your nose the results is silence, simple but very effective, it works for my wife and me also she tell me that she finds it comfortable, knowing how frustrating it can be having someone next to you snoring, I hope it work for you and yours, very cheap for a comfortable night of undisturbed sleep.

These have helped my husband breath so much better, great size and Brilliant product. He felt the difference immediately, only problem is he loses them at night.

I bought this because of my wife's complaints about my snoring. Does it work? Yes it does. It definitely improves the airflow through the nose and eliminates the need to breath through the mouth which, in my case, causes the snoring. However... The ridges on the outside of the nasal inserts actually hurt my nose to the point that I feel I've had a cold for weeks. I may have to give these up and look elsewhere.

Excellent product, really holds your nostrils open so you can get a good nights sleep, allowing a vast increase in the amount of oxygen reaching your brain, so you get a much more restful sleep, and you dream better. I found the anti-slip little blocks on the outside of the tubes a little irritating though, so I clipped those off with a pair of razor sharp hangnail scissors, to leave a smooth surface, and the fit is very comfortable now, and does not slip while I am sleeping anyway. Many people will want to keep those anti-slip shapes on the outside of the tubes though, for when they go jogging for instance, but I just need this device for sleeping, so I cut them off. Each person can experiment with them if they wish, to produce the best comfort for the purpose they want them for. I have purchased other similar products in the past, and strongly recommend this one as highly effective. The silicone is highly pliable and very soft indeed, but firm enough to fully dilate the nostrils, and you can insert the tubes different depths, however you need and however is most comfortable.

Seemed like a good idea, but they don't really do much, and IMO even the largest ones are too small.

Work very well however, I use them all day as I have collapsed nasal valves and they hurt after a while so I use them for sleep only OR if I'm have a bed breathing day.

This product has helped my husband to breath easier giving him a good night's sleep .They are easy to use ,come in different sizes and easy to keep clean. A good product :-)
