I was bit confused with selecting a refrigerator in the various products and models. But I trust Samsung always, so I just purchased it this Year. Delivered on last March and now It's July that I am writing the review. Product was delivered without any damage. It's your duty to completely check the Product before sharing your OTP. They instructed to keep the product idle for 5 hours. Once cooling period over I installed it. Till now all good. some of them are writing review like freezer makes more ice. You have an option to defrost it. Just push the button which I showed in the video to defrost. But be very careful while opening the freezer when the ice content is more. Because the freezer door will be broken. It happened to me, so open slowly. You can adjust the size of storage space to keep bigger containers. Faster freezing within few minutes. Only drawback is that the defrosted water will be saved in the container behind the refrigerator. Which may overflow if the ice was there too much. Also once the container filled you have to use a cup to remove the water. You can remove the water container though. But it will spill if it's filled completely, I purchased a fish tank water remover for this purpose. There are different options you have as per the season. If it's summer, winter or rainy according to that you can adjust the cooling level. I am always keeping it only 3 that is rainy season, because if you choose Summer then cooling process will be more so that the freezer will make more ice and power consumption also may more. No maintenance needed. You can remove and wash all the shelves/compartments. Please read the manual properly and use the product. Without reading manual don't use the product in wrong way and write up the bad reviews. My overall suggestion is don't think too much. Just go for it.

Worst product suggest not to purchase.Compressor & freezer completly damage in 1 year of use.I have taken the decision to purchase new instead of repair it.
