Works for me. Memory was never great. Short term was pretty good, but was getting fuzzier. Now my memory is better than it has been in years. Dunno what the magic is, but this worked. It's likely that there are different causes for different people, when memory seems to fade. BrainGain was the boost that mine needed. No side effects. Suggested Use says "up to 1 capsule 4x per day." I take 1/ day. For a second capsule, I take a milder Algonot supplement - NeuroProtek. I did not want more biotin, which is in BrainGrain and not in Neuroprotek, because I get plenty from the B-supplement I take separately. Algonot recently reformulated. The new formula reduces the amount of biotin significantly, which seems like an improvement to me. Maltodextrin has been added to "other ingredients", and that is a negative IMO. Otherwise, it looks to be pretty much the same product. I imagine the new formula will be as effective as the old formula. If trying for the first time, probably should give it a month or two trial, to judge full effect. This and a good night's sleep work wonders.

This product is great for helping to keep clarity of mind with a mast cell disorder. The olive is antihitimic , always nag with other ingredients that help you to stay focused and clear. A must in my medicine arsenal.

Says “corn free” twice on label, but with maltodextrin as an ingredient plain as day. Where’s the accountability?

I bought this for my 20 yr old daughter who has complained of severe brain fog for several years. We have seen many Drs and tried many prescriptions & supplements. She has been taking for about 2 wks. She reported yesterday that she is having her memories return, vivid dreaming and conversations flowing without anxiety. I'm thankful. Hopefully this will continue.
