I’m a 76 year old man and for a couple Va of B years I’ve had an urgency when I had to pee. It was getting pretty dire. If no I B had to go I had to go almost immeadiatly. After a month of taking these vitamins I noticed a lessening of the urgency. I’m on my third bottle and that urgency has improved 100%. Didn’t expect it but I’m happy as hell about it. Also I feel I have more energy and feeling good about my fruit and veggie intake. Especially the fruit part as I rarely ate fruit except for occasionally a banana on my cereal. Since the urgency to get to the bathroom has declined noticeably I wonder if anyone else has had this result

Switched to this from Balance of Nature...this is SO much better! Doesn't give my husband or myself ANY gastric upset (heartburn, etc.) & we both feel the effects. Great stuff!

I have no idea whether or not this helps me. It looked like a less expensive way to get the supplement that's constantly advertised. My bloodwork is perfect.

It takes 3-4 weeks but I’ve noticed an improvement in energy & stamina. A good way of getting nutrients into me. Don’t think I could ever prepare & eat the variety that is packed into these capsules! A cost effective substitute to the nationally advertised brand.

I gave it five-stars not bying in to the Marketing and advertisement strategy for this product and what it says it can do for your overall health I have brought Supplements in the past for various diffrent reasons but inspike, of all their pros and cons about these supplements on what they can do for you I always end up sending them back cause they didn't work for me for the first time this product moved the needle not saying it's making me feel a 100 % but it seems to be working and one other thing I'm liking about this product unlike Balance of Nature supplement There's no strings attached to this product And they make it very affordable The fact that it did move the needle for me. I believe if I continue to take this product my overall health will eventually improve as this product advertise

We thought it might be nice to supplement our average diet. I had to stop taking them after a week, they were too big for me and not worth the fight with the gag reflexes. He took them for over a month and said he didn't notice anything different. We are of average H/W, eat an average diet of meat, processed food and dairy, but we also eat a lot of raw vegetables. Just saying.

I think it is working and I was going to stop them but I am afraid without them I may realize what they did for me. Just don’t think we should have to take so many due to their price.
