Buttery smooth
Way smoother rolling and spinning when loaded than expected from experience with lesser alternatives. I put a 1200lb sheet metal bender on a set of four and now it's a breeze to roll around accurately and with very little pushing force. These casters make it trivial to move heavy loads around carefully and precisely, which is fantastic for cramped spaces. Tip 1: Keep in mind that the max vertical offset of the stationary pads and caster frame isn't far, so you'll still bottom out on rough terrain or deep crevices between cement pads -- so just roll carefully or move up to their larger-wheel models. Tip 2: The stems are actually set/grub screws with a hex/allen head inside, so you can pull that against the supplied nut to tighten if you don't bottom out the set screw in the caster cavity because of mounting plate thickness. Tip 3: The plastic-coated height adjustment nut can be a little difficult to spin by hand when fully loaded, so I'd recommend using an open end wrench or equivalent smooth-jaw plier or adjustable wrench to get some additional finger-safe leverage and not mar up the nut.

Exactly what you need for heavy shop equipment! - Worth the money!
I bought two sets of these casters. One for my 18" Nova drill press, and one for my Nova Galaxi Lathe. I had to make some minor modifications to the lathe base (pre-drilled holes are M10, I had to drill them out to M12 size), and I had to buy longer mounting bolts, but these are PERFECT! These casters support a ton of weight, are super easy to install, and super easy to level. Once I had the right mounting bolts, it took about a minute per caster to install them. I used a lock washer and nut on the underside of each to hold the bolts in place and screwed the remaining bolt length into the casters. This worked perfectly. My lathe weighs about 450 lbs and my drill press is about 350 lbs and both were super easy to move on the casters. Once in place, you simply dial in the height you want and get the tool level by hand using the easy to turn adjustment knobs on each caster. The sturdy feet on each caster hold your tool firmly in place on any surface (in my case a RaceDeck floor) and work beautifully as designed. I can move either tool around the shop with ease as needed for maintenance and cleaning and just as easily put them back. I would highly recommend these casters and will purchase them again in the future for additional tools as we add them to the shop. Thanks for a premium product that simply works!

Good product for the price!
These appear to be pretty good, I used them on my 800lbs milling machine. You will need a pry bar and some sort of block to remove pressure from the feet, otherwise you’ll never get it adjusted. That’s why it’s four stars. It’s impossible to turn the dial with any amount of weight on it, but by simply using a pry bar and block to remove some weight it’s super easy to adjust!

Perfect for my workbench
I purchased these casters for my woodworking workbench which were amazing. They functioned as they should and are perfect for my small shop needomg both movement and sturdiness. The only reason I bought the thumb wheel type is because a friend told me about an Etsy shop that sells a "wrench" that makes adjusting the stopper up or down super easy! It's called the "Leveling Caster Adjustable Wrench" from a shop called "3DEngineeringBuilds". The seller was helpful and it shipped very fast. Highly recommend this set of casters AND the wrench as a combo to make your life easier.

They work but fitment is sloppy
The casters work for a ~500lb machine in my case. The feet that screw down are not fit tight to the caster body so they wobble a bit. I wish the fitment was tighter so the machine was more solid. I may add some additional mounting feet for stability. You will not be able to lift the machine off the wheels using your hands alone and I would recommend prying the machine up, adjusting feet down and then checking level. I would not buy these again due to the wobble.

Worth the money...
Are they cheap? .....NO!!! But these casters are built sturdy and I use them on all my heavy equipment in the shop.i never tested the 2400 lb rating, but I have them on an 800lb Bandsaw and a Quincy 5hp Rotary Compressor. The rubber pads that can be lowered are great for stabilizing heavy equipment, and they absorb vibration. I just purchased another set for an 1800lb Planer/Thicknesses. I especially like the fact that they can be purchased with a square mounting plate, or with a threaded stud. I've used both types and highly recommended them.

They work great.
In my application I needed to build four 1 3/4" X 1 3/4" spacers to go on top of the mounting surface so the wheel/pad area would be below the the bottom of my 950 lbs. milling machine. Now I can easily move the mill around when needed and quickly relevel it. I am using them inside a shop area and on a concrete floor. Works better than I expected. These are well made and offered a a great price. I would highly recommend.

Difficult to raise and lift but rolls nicely
Using these on a 1,700lb Southbend 13 x 40 lathe. I had to use longer bolts because the provided threaded rods are very short. I can't think of any large machine that would have a small enough flange to be able to use the provided rods, so plan for longer bolts. Once I got the new bolts they installed easily into the pre-existing holes. I found adjusting the leveling foot was extremely difficult. I initially used a screw driver to push on the adjuster. It would be nice if it came with an adjustment wrench for easier adjusting. I ended up using a floor jack to lift each end of the machine to raise and lower the foot. The wheels roll easily and was able to move the machine over rough driveway and floor.
