It’s powerful enough to actually loosen tight muscles, but much quieter than I expected, which makes a big difference. The percussion feels strong but controlled, not harsh or rattly. It does a great job on sore shoulders and calves, and I’ve also used it on my lower back and feet without any issues. The handle is comfortable to hold, and the weight feels balanced, so it’s easy to use for longer sessions. I didn’t think I’d care much about the Bluetooth feature, but I actually like it. The app gives simple routines and timing, which helps keep me from overdoing it. That said, it works perfectly fine on its own if you don’t want to use your phone. Battery life has been solid so far. I’m not having to charge it constantly, even with regular use, and it still feels ready whenever I grab it. It also feels well made and sturdy, like something that’s going to last. I honestly don’t have any complaints with this one. It does exactly what I want it to do — effective deep tissue relief without a lot of noise or hassle. The is the best massager I've ever used. I thought the handle was going to be problematic, but it's actually ergonomic. I can reach spots on my shoulders that I couldn't with other brands, and this model produces less strain on my hands and wrists in general. It's so quiet! I was surprised by how nice it was to NOT have all that rattle and hum. I haven't come close to the battery's limit. Highly recommend.

This is well worth the purchase! This Therabody Relief Massage Gun works very well for women that are facing extreme back shoulder, muscle pain. It also is wonderful for those that are small in stature. Both women and men! Very easy to use and very well made. Thank you, Amazon for carrying this item.

It is rare that I ever write a review of a product , but this Thera gun is one of the best buys I have ever made!!! I have used it on my arms and legs whenever there were muscles or pain in those areas. It has certainly helped with some tendinitis problems.The vibration really helps to increase the blood flow and help heal sore areas. I love the fact that the handle is designed so that I can hold it in whatever position is needed to reach whatever part of my body is hurting, with the exception of my back because my arms won’t reach around that far. But you could have another person place it on areas in your back to open up the blood flow and release the pain. I have been having problems with my shoulders due to being a side sleeper. But this Thera gun is really helping with that. I do it daily, often times a number of times during the day and things are really starting to improve. YAY! I highly recommend this product!!

It is also a bit heavier than I expected, so holding it for longer sessions can get tiring. That said, the actual performance is excellent. It has made recovery days feel shorter and workouts feel less punishing. If you can handle a little noise and some heft, this massage gun is a great investment and works as advertised.
