No on-site support
Don't buy it if you don't have proper installation service provider. My lock is not working and since I installed late, now I cannot replace it. Lock is actually not working and no support except what's app video.

Works well as intended
I chose this lock since I only needed fingerprint access and not other features like number pad. Also this lock does not require a mobile app to configure it. The carpenter took a while to understand how to link the data cable and how to open the battery compartment (just press on one side of one of the handles—it's a magnetic plate). One thing to note is that it can always be opened from the inside. So if the door is next to an open window, one can operate the inside handle by reaching through the window.

Disappointed – Stopped Working in Less Than 6 Months
I had high hopes for the Helelt door lock, but it completely failed within 6 months. The locking mechanism has stopped working altogether. There was no installation assistance provided like other brands do, and when I reached out for support, I got no response on sending a technician from the manufacturer. It’s practically a one-time use product. Save your money and go for a trusted, branded lock instead.

Perfect cylindrical lock replacement and easy to install into the same cut out without any changes. Quality is sturdy and fingerprint recognition is good. Passage mode is perfect. Looks sturdy.
