FURNACE Heat-Proof
I needed to fill in quite a large gap and where silicone HVAC caulk was missing / had shrunk, on the furnace I have. I read up and researched, to make sure it was truly heat proof and HVAC safe; this product fit that bill, stuck to the metal and stopped the air leaking. I added HVAC tape over it and nothing has budged, for a few months now!

Kayak through-hull transducer
Holy sticky! Like anti-sieze of sticky stuff. Gets stuck to everything. I thought I'd let it in the sun and get pliable to push the transducer into. Slight regret. There is paper on it when you open package. Stuck. Peel it out of the package because stuck. Stuck to hands, stuck to hull, stuck transducer in (50% min recommended) . It was funny. I don't think warming it up is best for install but man, it was cold here. Threw Gorilla tape over for added securing. Pretty happy with it. Happy fish finding.

Very pliable but not sticky.
Very similar to modeling clay. Have used this material many times in my career and am finding more uses for it quite often.

Great putty for ac return leakage
I went into my basement and noticed it was unusually cool but didn’t think any of it. After fiddling with something I noticed a breeze coming from my furnace unit where the ac came in. At first I put tape on it until i got this putty in the mail. I have never used putty for this reason so it was weird pulling it apart . Looking back I should have just cut it with a knife. After pulling it and putting it every where there was a hole, it stopped all of the air leakage. Great product and stays in place and stops the air from escaping.

Used for AC repair
Had a seem blow out at my air exchanger in my attic. Started to use with the the thin black latex gloves I've always used to do oil changes. Kept sticking to the gloves better thanto the duct. Took the gloves off and did it bare handed. Just feels like modeling clay. Didn't bother my skin. Worked alot better with no gloves. Needed to apply a fair amount of pressure to get it to spread right and cover the seem. A 1 or 2" piece can spread and cover a good length.

Plugs the Holes
I used this for plugging up all those little holes left around the outside of the house where the ancient cable company wires fed into the walls. I cut the cables, pulled out the screw pieces, and patched up the holes…and the outside walls don’t look tacky anymore.

Great Value, and quite a large amount! It's pliable, easy to use, I just cut a small piece whenever I need it, I've used it to fill gaps around windows to deter bugs, and most recently used this around the bottom of a beautiful Hand Made Garden Statue bought here on Amazon.ca to secure it, as I stretched pieces off this Gardner Bender Seal Compound I could fill the complete underneath of away bottom statue to a resin support. This compound (Putty) attached & sealed my 'project' very well! and loved how it filled in tiny to larger gaps at corners of windows! 5 out of 5 stars! Thank You for this great value multi use handy compound! it can be removed easy enough if need be, which is a real plus!
