Good if you have sensitive stomach and traveling.
We used this while in Vietnam. I have a sensitive stomach. For directions, I use this prior to each meal and I didn’t have any issues. I would highly recommend. I paired this with daily probiotics!

nice safety net for not getting sick
It is hard to know if these were exactly the thing that kept us from getting sick, but they were easy to take and we NEVER got sick in aan extended trip to India. Definitely recommend.

Good for taking on your travels
I take these on my travels to help stop any possible situations you may not want. It helps me but I cannot say it will for everyone, you should probably ask a Dr. for travels to certain areas.
