The wheel is heavy duty and weighs around 7 pounds. I used two swivel ( front ) and two stationary ( rear ) 8" wheels as replacement on my Rubbermaid work cart which worked perfect. The holes lined up perfect. These will last for ever. 04-05_23 Follow up: Wheels are great pushing my cart across my grass. The tires don't sink into the soil .....easy movement! 04-05-23 No big issues, on the garage floor trying to turn my cart the front wheels don't turn as quickly as they should ...they hang up a little, there just a little stiff, just have to push a little harder one way or the other. Not a reason not to buy.....just have to strong arm it a little. Not a big issue. Would buy again.....

5 stars is my initial impression. There was minimal weld spatter, which matters a lot for the longevity of outdoor powder coat paint. They're solid welds and solid tires. The swivel casters even have a grease zerk. I loaded a 900-950 pound fish house box on these wheels. They roll on flat even surface with that weight pretty well, does take effort... but if you're going to use these on dirt or grass with more than 300 pounds you will definitely need to put boards down so they don't just dig in. If these were for a tool box or something being rolled on concrete they would be top notch but they are a bit skinny for anywhere near the weight capacity on grass/dirt.

Good beefy castors. Made a rolling skid out of 2x6s and these to move my 420lb wood stove out of the basement to the garage to weld a patch on. Dragged it with the 4 wheeler across the lawn up a hill. No problems.

Very well built and good quality materials all around. Definitely heavy duty. My use is rough and tumble and these wheels are perfect. Like all wheels, installing with bolts, the tolerance is a little tight using a ratchet but it's fine and not a big issue. On the swivel wheel there is a grey plastic ring where it attaches to the mounting plate---Take care not to crowd it with either bolt or washer as it will hamper the the swivel----Not really a manufacturer issue, but at installation ----the mount holes are long slotted so there is some play to get placement just right. Good wheels.

These wheels were welded on my whole house generator for ease of movement during loss of power. Generator is kept in the garage and has to be moved outside to hookup to the outlet for my power transfer switch. The generator is very heavy and these wheels make it so much easier.

Solid wheels. Very robust. Using them on a cart holding several hundred lbs of equipment.
