is this safe to use in bmw e90 rear differential ?

The first thing you HAVE to do is read your cars user manual.. probably in the glove box under all the parking tickets.. Then find out the section in the manual which tells you your fuse type and amperage tyre pressure and you should find a table which gives you the exact oil for engine, rear differential, gearbox etc. It is always best to read the user manual for your vehicle. If still unsure, contact your local BMW workshop for clarification.

Can I use this product for a narrow-boat inboard engine gear box?

I would say it’s better than the oil in it i use it on marine outboards and yacht gearbox with great results for many years I’ve been using lucas oils and grease products on marine engines and gearboxes and find its a greatly underrated product I’ve used it in reduction gearboxes with no problems at the low rpm level of a narrow boat I believe it’s the best gear oil you could also look at there gear oil additive it’s called slik 50 or something like that just search lucas oil additive

Can I put it in cement mixer

I bought it because it was reccommended to lubricate my record turntable! It did hat job perfectly but I'm afraid I know nothing about cement mixers. (:
