Streamlined easy setup instructions and navigation of the app: once fully charged, the watch prompts you to download the apps to your phone. Open the app, 'Scan QR Code' (on the watch screen) then can add the device -- this is really SUPER convenient! Bluetooth connection is effortless. From the "Edit Card' of the 'Home' screen of the app, you can add/enable/disable the gadgets on top of those default ones. Navigate to 'Exercise' screen then you can start GPS enabled Hiking, Indoor/Outdoor exercises; switch to 'Device' screen, you will get the set up for enable/disable Notifications from your phone like email, SMS, messaging, phone calls, etc., and config for 'Alarm clock', 'Health', AND tons of Watch Face selections for download; go to the last screen 'My', you will get all your exercises and health data, goals, preferences, and other settings specific to you Functions: don't want to repeat what's been already mentioned in the product website, and truly they are all in this smartwatch -- a ton, and fairly comprehensively a health tracker that can fit into a watch, I can't think of if anything else needed. For Heart Rate monitoring, I chose 'Intelligent monitoring' vs 'Real-time monitoring' -- the latter will consume more battery and not needed for me, and I also enabled 'High heart rate alert' Anything could be a bit better, at least for me: Blood Oxygen (spO2) would be nice if can be directly navigate on the watch the same way as Heart Beat or Stress -- currently you will need to go to 'Function' (press the button of the watch) in order to get to it. Also, battery wise, seemed to be like what the product says 7-10 days, but the 'wrist awake' and touch screen seemed not as responsive when the battery is about 20% left, so I rated the battery life as four starts. I haven't got to try the 'Sleep tracking' yet but will see how it goes. All in all, I gave it a 5-star rating - can't be wrong to buy this smart watch with such a great price! I bought my Fitbit wristband for $99 each for myself and my wife just about 2 years ago -- that just CANNOT be compared with this smart watch. As a matter of fact I like it a lot so that I just got one also for my wife -- it comes with rose gold wrist band, the model is S2, my black wrist band is S2 Pro, unsure what's the difference but I tried out all the functions, seemed to be the same

Update a week later: Marked from 5 star to 4 star... This is still a good cheap watch with great battery life. You do need to have their app running in the background for things like weather and notifications to be reliably delivered. It would be nice to be able to reply to text messages from the watch. It would also be nice to have a wider range of application support, for things like mfa apps and map navigation. This is still my daily watch, but not quite as nice as something from the major manufacturers. Old review: I have owned several watches and smart watches. Everything from Temu to Apple Watch. I do have some auto-mechs. Concentrating on the smart watches side of things… Unboxing is pleasant. This is well packaged. It doesn’t seem like there was extra expense in the packaging, but yet it was clean and easy to open. The wrist strap and clasp is standard and I can easily put my Barton wrist band on this instead. I was contemplating an @pple Watch SE 3 to replace my SE. I chose this for 1/5 the price. Things I will miss; texting seems better integrated with the se vs this. This watch will not unlock my computer via proximity, like the Apple se or se3. I cannot approve my Duo/M$ Auth requests. Things it appears to do just as well, if not better; notifications, health statistics, looks nice, interface is clean and super responsive, standard third party wrist bands, battery life compared to my se is better (but I’m used to needing to charge frequently now). The downloadable watch faces are pretty nice, but you can only download one at a time. Overall the pros outweigh the cons on this one. Super happy I pulled the trigger and decided to purchase. Hoping it holds up.

I have an Apple Watch. This is no Apple Watch. Butttt it doesn’t cost what an Apple Watch does. It’s a GREAT starter watch. My hubs and I both tried it. Hubs felt it was a bit small screen size for his huge hands. He liked the features & functions though. He wore it to work a week. I wore it a week as well. For the money it’s great for the price! I bought it to track my heart rate and sleep while my Apple Watch charges at night. It works great for this purpose. I would be great for a teenager or someone wanting to try a smart watch. The app is pretty basic but is okay. The watch screen is pretty responsive and bright. I like how the watch band has several holes for adjustment. More then most watch bands. My 6 year old grandson can fit it as well as my man sized hubs. I didn’t have much faith in the blood pressure readings. But it’s pretty spot on with my home cuff that’s been calibrated by a professional. I have POTS so wear a smart watch to monitor my heart rate. Also for convenience of course too. I have to monitor my blood pressure as I struggle with low blood pressure. So I have my blood pressure cuffs professionally calibrated. I have a small cuff I carry with me at all times. This watch was really close with the blood pressure for both me and my hubs about 90% or the time. BUT DO NOT a rely on it for that! ALWAYS take your reading with a blood pressure cuff that’s accurate. But it did help give me an idea what my numbers was. I love that about it! I also love sleep tracking. The heart rate was always spot on when checker with my other devices. Those too are professionally calibrated. The only time the heart rate gave a wonky reading was a couple times I didn’t have the band adjusted right. After readjusting it it then read correctly. So be sure you have a good fit for the sensors to read properly. That was my main goal with it was the sleep tracking and it does that well! I do not like the wonky charger that’s specific to this brand. I don’t like the short cord that comes with it. You can buy other cords but it’s hard to find long ones for this watch. That honestly is about my only complaint with it. The battery life is amazing! It lasted me 6 days and hubs 5. That’s pretty awesome! All in all for the price it’s a great watch!

So I have a Samsung A50, I installed the app, synced the watch. Then l created an account and in order to get the app to work had to unpair and re-pair the phone. Many folks have complained about the app being on all the time, I saw that in the beginning, but then it stopped. I've also seen people upset because it asks for location/GPS. This is pretty common. Even the app for my FitBit has this requirement. Personally, I don't want/need the Alexa functionality so I didn't test it. But logging in to Amazon/Alexa was not required to get the watch/app to work. It seems to have quite a few notification options. I didn't not test these either, since don't want to use them. So why did I buy this watch if I didn't want any of the functionality? 1. I wanted an accurate pedometer. 2. I wanted a watch. 3. I wanted to leverage some of the new health metrics available in smart watches, like blood oxygen, heart rate, and blood pressure. 4. I need it to sync with commonly used health aggregators like Google fit. First, the pedometer. Keeping in mind that even my FitBit couldn't track steps accurately if using a shopping cart or holding a hand basket, I knew what was reasonable to expect. That said, strapping both the watch and the FitBit to my non-dominant arm and it was several thousand steps inaccurate. Strap it to my ankle and the result was basically the same. Worse, my FitBit syncs with Google Fit, and the Tozo apps does too. This means steps get counted doubly. There's no way to say "take this info but not that" and worse, once it got to Google Fit, because it was an import, I couldn't edit or delete the info. Second, the watch. There are a few faces install. Most of them had easy to read faces. A handful were cutsie. Third, the health features. The s2 mini, unlike some of the reviews works have you believe does not have blood pressure monitoring. I'm not sure if people are maybe reviewing the s2 which may have that functionality or if those functions are not available in the US. Either way, without it, it doesn't really meet my requirements. The heart rate monitor seems a bit erratic; measuring 80 bpm one second and 112 the next. The o2 monitor seems correct and registers what my stand alone monitor did. The stress monitor is interesting, but I can't say how useful it is because for me it always reads "normal"... whatever that means. The breath training could be very useful for calming down and decreasing stress. One interesting function is the flashlight. I think a flashlight on the watch could be useful. The Find Phone feature is only moderately useful. It only works if you have the app on the phone. And if you have the phone on silent/vibrate/quiet it may not help you at all because it doesn't modify the volume. I did not test the distance at which it would no longer find the phone. I was impressed at how many functions could be managed via the watch itself (with other watches they can only be adjusted in the app. ) As far as syncing, I was able to link the app to Google fit, though it appears that the sync is a manual push, which could be a pain for some. As mentioned above, another problem I found was that I couldn't pick and choose which bits on information I wanted to send. This would ONLY be a big deal for folks using multiple trackers and sending data to GFit. For example, my FitBit data gets sent to Google Fit, but my TOZO data does too. This means that Google Fit counts steps from both places - double counting steps. This wouldn't be a HUGE problem except that Google Fit doesn't allow you to edit/delete data sent over by another app. I like the smaller form factor. 40mm fits my wrist better than the 1.4in I previously purchased. The band appears to be made of plastic instead of silicone, so I do have some concerns that it will get hard like some plastics do and break in short order. The packaging is nice enough - present presentable. The instructions are English only, but the text is legible and there is more info provided than others I've seen. FWIW, I did do the water bottle/table test (where you put your watch on something inanimate and test) and the watch COULD NOT test either. It told me to put it on my wrist. (That's a good thing.) All in all, I probably would have kept the watch except I really wanted the blood pressure function and the syncing with other data sources is problematic.

This is an awesome watch with lots of capabilities and priced right. Have had watch for about six months and have been extremely happy with it. My wife has an Apple Watch which only has a battery life of approximately 24 or less hours. The TOZO watch can do just about everything the Apple Watch can and I only have to charge the battery about every 5 or six days. Also, I had minor issue with the watch and I must say that their customer service was the best I have ever experienced. They reached to me the same day and corrected the issue almost immediately. Highly recommend!

I've had this watch for almost two months, which seems a reasonable amount of time to have a good view of how well it works. It's important to note (in case the price point didn't make it obvious) that this is NOT an Apple Watch, and expecting it to be one will likely disappoint you. (I haven't ever owned an Apple Watch, so I can't do a direct comparison.) I have an iPhone, so I was hoping that the watch would fill in the gaps in my step count when I'm not carrying my phone. It does, to an extent, but the sync is iffy. Sometimes steps (and other data) don't seem to sync at all. Other times the count in Apple Health is wildly high, and when I look at the data sources, the Tozo data is shown multiple times. Re-syncing via the app usually fixes this, but it's frustrating that it can't just sync properly. When I've contacted Tozo support, which is usually very responsive, they tell me Apple Health is not supported, and yet... the Tozo Fit app is clearly available as a data source, and the steps usually sync just fine. What will not sync, oddly, is workout data. That has to be entered manually. The watch does seem to do a good job here, though when I use the rower, it seems to register each stroke as a step despite the fact that I've put it into rowing mode. I honestly don't mind getting "credit" for my workout that way, but if you're strict about your step counts, that may be an issue for you. I suspect it falsely records other actions as steps as well (there's no way I'm walking 45 steps to the bathroom in the middle of the night, for instance). Sleep seems to be pretty accurate, and is my favorite feature of the whole thing. I like that it shows a pie chart of time in light sleep, deep sleep and awake. Heart rate and pulse ox seem to be solid functions, too. I'm not into annoying bells and whistles, so I have anything that buzzes or beeps or flashes the screen on turned off (including the watch face--I'm not actually into watches and I certainly don't want the thing lighting up every time I move, which I find horribly distracting). I don't have phone calls or text messages hooked up, and I don't use Alexa, so I can't speak to any of those features. I am glad so many things can be silenced or turned off, though--otherwise I would never be able to tolerate the watch at all. The only reason I've taken a break from using it at the moment is that it's made me break out in a rash, which I suspect is not an allergy but just a result of constant contact with my skin. I've tried alternating wrists, but one is more sensitive than the other, so that doesn't help. Be aware that this may be an issue for you, too. There are several articles online suggesting ways to prevent skin reactions with watches/trackers that you may want to consult before you consider giving this sort of device a try. Overall, I'd say it's a good device for the money. It's not perfect, but for most people it's probably close enough.
