Nature's Path Organic Pumpkin Seed + Flax Granola, 11.5 oz (Pack of 1)

Organic and non-GMO certified this granola has a delicious flavor enhanced with a touch of molasses and cinnamon. There are no weird additives or additional flavors. The cereal does contain soy and is for produced in a facility that uses wheat, tree nuts and peanuts.Each 3/4 cup serving has 240 calories, which may seem high but granola is always calorie dense. Often a smaller serving, like 1/3 to 1/2 cup, is satisfying when fresh or dried fruit is added. Sugar is a bit high at 10 grams but sodium is quite low at 45mg. There are 6 grams of protein, 5 grams fiber and 37 grams carbohydrate. Fat content is 10 grams broken down as follows: 1.5 gram saturated, 5 grams polyunsaturated and 3 grams monounsaturated.Sometimes included nuts are largely absent, but not the case here. The pumpkin seeds are visible although not overly plentiful although some people like more nuts, some less. I can always add more. This is a good basic organic granola and is an excellent choice for adding a little texture to pancakes, yogurt, pudding or even topping a frozen desert like ice cream. Reasonably shelf-stable, the box I ordered from prime pantry has a “best before” date six months in the future.

Natures own pumpkin seed cereal is everyone’s favorite. They add milk and banana or other fruit for a healthy bowl of cereal, mix it with yogurt (my granddaughter’s like to make a yogurt parfait). It is delicious and healthy.

Absolutely delicious granola! I ordered this via Prime Pantry because of ratings. I noticed a number of the reviews talk about it being fattening and highly caloric, etc. They also call it cereal...This review is for the Nature's Path Organic Pumpkin FlaxPlus Granola, 11.5 Oz (I'm not sure if this product page normally lists a second product that's gone out of stock, as that does sometimes happen). Granola is typically heavier than cereal and not eaten by the cup full.This is tasty sprinkled over yogurt, added to cereal, or eaten by the handful (you've been warned!). Super yummy but a couple spoonfuls is all we eat at a time. It's pretty satisfying though so no complaints. Excellent mix of flavors here.Love the Nature's Path brand of foods and this is another win for us. Organic, no junky chemicals, pure goodness. Smile. Enjoy!

I can’t eat anything really too heavy at night or I get kind of like an acid reflux so I have been eating light Greek yogurt fruit and granola it was getting bored with the kind I have been buying repeatedly. I have been mixing this with one tiny package of sliced peaches yogurt and this granola and mixing it together and it makes dessert into dinner it has not reacted badly with me and taste great besides the price per ounce is fantastic this is a great product I will definitely buy more What’s up to yogurt well and does not get soggy

We just love this cereal, especially over the Kashi cube cereal. It has so much flavor and is very satisfying!

This cereal is fantastic. I mix this cereal with others like Cheerios and Rice Pockets in my morning meal. The big draw buying this through Amazon is the price. On average you will pay about $4 a box this way, versus $8 a box at the grocery store.
