Excellent machines. Ordered two. Easy to install and thread machine using guides provided. Auto needle threading a bit tricky to master but works well mastered. Sewing results excellent for new beginners.

The brothers Sewing Machine was quite surprising for the price I’ve Sewn on a number of different sewing machines. I’ve been sewing almost most of my life and I’ve used many different types of sewing machines along the way. The machine has really all I need basic stitch and zigzag. I would recommend this machine it can take on heavy material easily to silks. Great for beginners seamstress to an advance person. It did take me some time to remember the reverse stitch is in a different place . I plan on using it a lot.

Useful tutorials are on YouTube but over all there’s plenty of instructions on the machine in arrows that make it super easy to thread. It comes with a drop in bobbin feature and it threads your bobbin. Very great quality for the price

Wonderful machine, easy instructions and maintenance, runs smooth and strong, not too loud or heavy. Easiest needle threading ever!

As a lifetime Singer user, things are in different places, and bobbin threading is more confusing because the tread gets crossed. Who thought that was a good idea

The Brother XM3700 sewing machine is an excellent beginner machine with 37 built-in stitches. That’s all the stitches I ever need. I chose the option that included five sewing feet, because I already had a case from my other Brother's machine. This machine is simple to use and runs smoothly. It’s a great loaner machine when people come to my Home, and I teach them to sew… The Brother brand stands out above the rest. In my opinion for The everyday person. Experienced sour of over 40+ years experience, and I’m familiar with Bernina, Janome, Singer, along with Brother's machines. I was able to make over 30,000 masks in 2020 before I burned out the machine. I am impressed with the quality and the number of sewing hours performance on this machine. What I love about this machine is that it comes with presets, so you can take it right out of the box and start sewing without having to go through the entire set up. It worked perfectly from the start. The quality is outstanding and perfect for all ages. One of the best sewing machines for the beginner. I have seen.

I am brand new to sewing and I must say this machine is very easy to use and learn. I sewed through a couple of very thick fabric with no problem. Only issue is that very thin material get stuck under the foot piece but very nice lite weight sewing machine.

Amazing beginner friendly sewing machine. The self threading feature makes it really simple to thread your needle and bobbin! As long as you have the right amount of tension and your foot down! Sewing with this machine is a breeze. We have had it for a couple weeks and have already made blankets, pillows, banners, Valentine’s Day gifts and much more!

My wife bought two of these to teach a couple of young girls how to sew. They have been outstanding for this purpose. Easy to use and lots of stitch variety. Used for a month with no problems and don't expect any based on performance so far.
