No there hasn't been a problem with a slippery bath & seems a very good product.

It doesn't have any perfumes in it from what I can see - the ingredients are: Aqua, Glycerin, Panthenol, Distearyldimonium Chloride, Petrolatum, Isopropyl Palmitate, Cetyl Alcohol, Dimethicone, Avena Sativa Kernel Flour, Avena Sativa Kernel Extract, Avena Sativa Kernel Oil, Ceramide 3, Isopropyl Alcohol, Steareth-20, Sodium Chloride, Potassium Sorbate, Benzalkonium Chloride. The majority of those are hemp derivatives and gels to make up the substance of the product, normally all non-reactive. Hope that helps!

Is this product suitable for 1 year olds?

No this isn't for baby's. 1 year old's. Aveeno do a babies one which is for hair and body Which I got from Amazon for my Grandaughter.
