Very useful. Helps with my daughter with constipation and helps me with detox. I take 1 and find it just as effective as taking 2. The cramps can be painful but they only come right before release and leave after.

I took 2 pills, thinking, how bad can it be? Well, I found out. After an hour or so of laying on the bed in the fetal position, groaning in pain and trying to make bargains with my maker, I made it to the bathroom just in time and purged like a firehose. Do not doubt it, this works but it’s not for the tender hearted. If you’re constipated for over 5 days, like I was, it was worth it, I was cleaned out like nobody’s business. I recommend starting with one pill only though, and going to two only if you need it.

These detox pills work amazing. The first night I took one pill around 8pm. It didn’t kick in until 11:30am, second night I took it around 7pm they worked much quicker and kicked in around 2am. Then tonight I took 2 pills at 7pm and it’s 9:30pm and already working wonders. Mild stomach cramps, that doesn’t last long. I drink a LOT of water which I’m sure helps. If you have tried KA'OIR slimming tea or pills the pain is not as intense, these are much easier on the gut and way cheaper! Update: 2 pills is no joke lol! I’ve been going nonstop to the bathroom. Every time I drink water I’m instantly having stomach cramping and needing to go! I personally will not take 2 pills again.

I’m on day 1 after taking it last night (2 pills). Today within the first 3 hours of waking, the toilet became my best friend. I will say to drink water and keep a toilet nearby the next day. I did experience cramping because I was backed up From yesterday morning to today, I did drop 4 lbs. The bottle says it’s not FDA approved and can cause reproductive harm( will add photo later). This does concerns me.
