Barrier cream - disappointing!
Received this morning - pump action, nothing came out (appeared to have already been opened and used?) Not like any barrier cream I have had and used previously - extremely thick and non-absorbent (possibly gone off) Requesting a refund.

Easy to use. Great and handy dispenser bottle. Thick texture goes on well spreads well and absorbs quickly and protects great. Only one thing if I had to nit pick, is it drys a little to quickly. But applying in small amounts and you have to apply in sections. One forearm then other then hands and your fine...

Is it suppose to be that thick?
I can handle the bad smell, but it’s that thick it doesn’t come up the pump. After spending 5 minutes mixing, I gave up and just wiped on my hand from the stick. Is it suppose to be that thick?
