I'm an adult toy robot collector and for the price this is a great value. Very sturdy and functions exactly as they describe. A good chunky size for what it costs. Very impressed with the rubber wheels concealed in the treads. I knew that the treads were going to be just for show but I expected four thin plastic wheels to drive the toy. There are indeed four wheels on the far ends of the undersides of the treads but they are for stabilization and not for driving the toy. Instead the center of each tread boasts a nice sized rubber tire which really moves this toy along and a good clip. Very easy to control and I'm sure that even a young child could master it right out of the box. Not a fan of the songs with children singing on them but I understand that this might be a popular feature for little kids. The colors are bright and vibrant as are the light up eyes. 10/10

My 2 grandsons have fallen in love with this little robot! It’s absolutely amazing what he can do! He is operated with a remote that can be charged with a USB cord or batteries which are included. The robot also comes with batteries. He can walk forward, backward, left, right, & perform a 360-degree rotation. If you press the DEMO button he will perform a personal show. He sings different songs which they love to dance to! They think he’s hysterical! His eye light up, he can close eyes & blink his eyes. He performed quite a show on Christmas Day! The batteries in both the robot & the charger last quite awhile. He is entertaining for any age. I’d say the remote is best suited for a 6yo to operate. My Daughter tells me they play with him daily & to this day he fully works. It’s nice to buy a toy that doesn’t break these days. The $25.99 I paid was worth every penny! I highly recommend!

I believe the child that will receive this will love it! My grandson is 2 and would love it but would not be able to fully control it until he's older but believe a child of 5 should be able to play with it fully. Opening it there is a small bag with the instructions w/ warranty card, charging cable for robot , screwdriver, and batteries for remote. Very nice!! Turning it on it reminds me of R2D2 with the sounds it makes. I pressed the "sound switch" and it beeped twice but didn't make more sounds til I pressed the "a demonstration key" or began pushing the control buttons making it move. The song button works when you are controlling the robot and not on demo. The light button changes the eyes which you can have steady blue eyes (lights) on, blinking or off. When on a smooth, hard floor it really moves!! It will move on carpeting but nowhere as well as it does on the bamboo floor. It was doing very fast small cookies (circles) going in either direction even making small/tight figure 8s (personally, I think is fun... I'm such a child...). It plays Christmas music which is fine for a Christmas present. Sorry, I just prefer the music nearing Christmas time. I believe this is a good choice with the fact it is rechargeable, comes with the first batteries for the remote and the great price.

So cool, zips around and spins like a boss. My daughter absolutely loves it. Would be great if it came in a wider range of colours. Best gift idea for both boys and girls, little kids and grown up kids. Can’t go wrong.

Easy to get to operate but screw on battery holder on remote overly tightened and required pliers to open. Once done, foolproof and great fun.
