We buy this instead of regular milk quite often. It's delicious tasting & nice to have extra milk on hand. It's a bit difficult to get dissolved, but putting it in a small blender with the correct amounts gets it all dissolved nicely. Tastes just like fresh grocery store milk. It's an added bonus that is pasture raised & hormone free.

I’m a big fan of Micro Ingredients and have a lot of trust in the brand’s products, and this Whole Milk Powder only reinforced that. I absolutely love this milk and use it mainly in my daily coffee. It is very easy to dissolve, doesn’t clump, and gives the coffee a smooth, creamy texture. The consistency is excellent, and another point I really like is that it has no smell at all, which makes a big difference. My toddler drinks this every day and loves it! I love that I can buy so much grass fed milk at once and not have to worry about getting fresh milk every week. It’s also cost effective to buy it this way and it allows to take milk on the go without refrigeration and just adding water. Love it!

The powdered milk works well in each way I've used it including making chai tea, scrambled eggs, and baking. The powder dissolves quickly when I use heated water from my electric kettle. I'm very satisfied with the product because now I always can make milk for any use.

I used this to make our own cocoa mix. It's pretty good and the finished drink has a creamy quality to it, due to the milk. I like that it comes from pasture-raised cows, not shot up with hormones, etc. I believe it to be high quality. My only wish was there was a whole milk powder that comes from A2 Jersey cows, as that seems to be better for our tummies. But if we drink this in moderation, we seem to have no discomfort.

Great powder milk product

I was pleasantly surprised by how useful this whole milk powder has been. It has a creamy taste and works well for more than just emergency pantry backup. I’ve used it in coffee, oatmeal, baking, and recipes where I didn’t want to open a whole carton of milk, and it mixes pretty well as long as you use warm water and stir it enough. I like that it’s pasture-raised, rBST-free, and doesn’t have a bunch of extra fillers or unnecessary ingredients. The 4 lb bag is a good size and feels like a better value than buying small containers, especially if you use powdered milk often. It’s not exactly the same as fresh milk when drinking it plain, but for cooking, baking, and everyday use, it’s very convenient and tastes better than I expected.

So happy to find WHOLE powder milk, mostly skim or non-fat dry milk is available. It is excellent in coffee and ocazional baking or sauces. If you store it vacuum sealed in mason jars, it last for many years :) Keep the jars in a DRY, DARK and COOL place, preferably of constant temperature, under low 70s. Having this handy it is great, you never need to worry about the milk getting spoiled, running out of it and having to run out to the store when you're in the middle of cooking. Buy with confidence :)

I like this milk powder and it taste very good
