ProsourceFit Acupressure Mat and Pillow Set for Back/Neck Pain Relief and Muscle Relaxation

Bought mine 4 weeks ago and I just love it. I use it every day for my stiff back and neck, for 30-40 minutes and feel so refreshed and energized afterwards. My husband's back was stiff after playing golf today and he lay on the mat for 15 minutes. When he stood up..... no more stiff back! I must warn you though, the first time using it was extremely uncomfortable and I didn't think I would last 5 minutes on it, but after 2 minutes, it does get better and it gets less painful each passing minute. I managed 10 minutes on my first go. After a week, I was well used to it and now I could probably fall asleep on it. I think this is a wonderful product.

As a person who suffers from fibromyalgia i found that the mat really helps me! Its almost addictive:) I lay on 10 minutes every night and it has helped my neck and back pain.. to be honest it does hurt but in a nice way (sounds crazy) when i used it during a flare up I couldn’t last on it for more than 3 minutes. Have no issues with this product as does exactly what it says in description. Spikes are certainly VERY sharp and I would never use this without a layer of clothing. Used it regularly and do feel it relieves a bit of pressure in muscles (am a fibromyalgia sufferer). My favourite piece is the neck cushion which can be used while sitting up propped on the back of the sofa or for the balls of the feet. It won't cure you but I have found it to be helpful.

I recommend this to clients and friends. It has helped ease muscles that are aching or been 'pulled'. Takes some time to get used to as the plastic spikes can feel uncomfortable but the overall feeling is good. Recommend if you are unable to get to a Scenar therapist and can use this as complimentary!

relaxes instantly and seems to gradually improve quality of sleep. Works better than many other things I have tried before. I would recommend using the neck/head pillow directly on skin (of course you feel it, but it doesn't hurt). The mat however I would not use directly on skin. Worth buying!

Love this for pain relief. Takes a little getting used to but I can feel the benefits of a session on the mat immediately

So glad I bought this. Compact and folds nicely for travel. It is not as scary as it looks in the picture. Literally seems to melt away, tiredness and stress from the first use. So far, I sat on it, lay down and even stood on it. For standing I used a pair of slightly thick socks because I am putting all my body weight on it. The paper that came with it says this is some ancient healing stuff that they used in India. Apparently, it releases endorphin and make you happy. I felt really happy from the first use. So glad there is a non invasive health product like this available for such a good price. I am getting it as a gift for others.
