As a personal trainer, I purchased these not only for myself before my clients. My clients and myself can all put on these with no issues at all, and it doesn’t pull your ankles like the ones at the gym you can use already do. You can walk around in them the whole time you’re working out even if you don’t use them and feel comfortable, which is refreshing. They’re not heavy, they’re not itchy, you can wear them without socks and still be fairly comfortable. I would suggest these to anybody who works out and likes to work out their glutes.

I work out two hours a day five days a week & train others. I’ve tried all the other big brands and they just don’t fit right for lifting heavy (and for many woman). The other brands have metal hitting skin and leaving marks when I go heavy. These fit perfectly and don’t cut into me when doing raised leg kickbacks. I highly recommend them. I won’t buy anything else or have female clients do either.

Super stabil und auch gut verstellbar. Einfach mit dem Klett zu machen und es sitzt bombenfest. Also braucht man keine Angst haben es könnte sich einfach mitten im Satz lösen. Sehr zufrieden und würde es auch nochmal kaufen.
