I would say yes because we got 3 nerf toys (thors hammer, spiderman web, and black panther claws) and they all work with it.

Does the glove work if you are left-handed?

Hi, the button to launch the Nerf darts is on the inside of the glove (near the thumb) when worn on the right hand. When in this position, the thumb remains unobstructed and can easily press the "launch" button. If the glove is worn on the left hand, the button to launch the Nerf darts would be on the outside of the glove (near the pinky) and the thumb would be obstructed. This may make it more difficult for some users, but it's still great fun for both right-handers and left-handers. Please note that left-handers can put the glove on their right-hand and work it just fine!
